Leaf Blowing and Raking
You're probably aware that leaving fallen leaves on your lawn is just not a good idea. Aside from the messiness of the look there are issues as leaves coat the ground and start to decay. Leaving them creates an ideal environment for molds and fungi to proliferate. That starts rot that won't just affect the fallen leaves but can get into the roots of your plants and your lawn. Besides which even if you're spared the mold and rot you will definitely have the issue that fallen leaves stop light getting to the grass underneath and if they form a thick layer they can even divert water away from the soil where it is needed. So clearly they need to be cleared.
Spring and Fall Clean ups At least twice a year the issue of leaves becomes a top of mind job for many of our clients. In fall when the deciduous trees let go of their leaves for the Winter it's time to gather them before they become a problem but even if you've been careful to take care of your own yard there is usually another problem a few months later. In Spring when it's time to start getting outdoors and making the most of your yard those winter blown leaves and twigs are a pain. Raking and leaf blowing leaves, sticks, and all kind of debris from your lawn is a backbreaking job so why do it yourself when we have professional teams ready and waiting to come to your yard and get busy. Mulching Mulching your fallen leaves and lawn debris saves the effort of raking and puts those nutrients right back into the soil ready for next season's growth. It's easily done as long as you have the right kind of mower equipped with mulching blades and baffles underneath the mower body. Not sure if you've got that? Don't worry, we have dedicated mulching equipment and will gladly rid your lawn of leaves while naturally putting those nutrients back where they belong for you. Shrub Trimming If it's time to mulch those leaves it is probably also the end of autumn and going into the winter season which means it's also time to trim and prune shrubs to ensure a good growth next growing season. So why not schedule both in one and save yourself time and money while preparing for a great Spring? Leaf Raking and Removal Perhaps mulching isn't a solution for you and you just want a clean lawn but blowing isn't an option because your municipality doesn't do collection and you know that just leaving leaf piles around is an invitation to slime. So for those customers we offer a combination of raking, blowing, and removal. Raking because it is part of the process of de thatching an overgrown lawn, blowing for the larger leaf piles, and removal to magic all that rubbish away and out of sight. We will clear all your paths and sidewalks, bag it up, and take it away. |
